dry gin + cypress - a refined blend of botanical gin ingredients and aged wood, the aroma is fantastically light and fresh. the first note that hits you is the juniper top that gives this light-bodied spirit its aroma. red currant adds a hint of fruit that ultimately flows into a woody fusion of balsam, oak, cedar, and cypress at the base

wassail - inspired by the traditional hard cider with apples, pears, brandy, cloves, cinnamon, lemon, orange, ginger + nutmeg. this is a heady aroma profile that makes this bar one of our new favorites
